Gym Personal Training

Direct Debit Monthly Payments

Paying monthly allows peace of mind that your sessions are already pre-booked in advance, and you don't have to worry that you're unable to fit in Personal Training costs at the end of each month.

We ask our clients to setup a direct debit which guarantees you a set amount of sessions per month. And because you're guaranteeing those sessions we will give you a reduction on the rate per session. Win, win!

Hybrid Personal Training

Hybrid Personal Training is a mix of online personal training and home or gym based personal training. It gives you the ability to train around a schedule that suits you.

Alongside those face to face sessions you will also receive access to our First Rate Fitness app with custom program design, weekly check-ins, and monthly recipe inspiration to keep you inspired and motivated.

Online training has been designed for those that don't require or want face-to-face Personal Training, or live nationally / internationally.

Online Personal training gives you the same hands on experiences, with access to a detailed program via our app - with regular check-ins to keep you on track.

Home Personal Training

Designed for those that wish to workout in the privacy of their own home and work fitness around their day-to-day lives.

If you're based in the Nottingham, UK, area we will bring the correct equipment and knowledge to your front door.
