Gym Personal Training
Direct Debit Monthly Payments
Paying monthly allows peace of mind that your sessions are already pre-booked in advance, and you don't have to worry that you're unable to fit in Personal Training costs at the end of each month.
We ask our clients to setup a direct debit which guarantees you a set amount of sessions per month. And because you're guaranteeing those sessions we will give you a reduction on the rate per session. Win, win!Â
Pay-per-week
For those that don't wish to have a set amount of sessions per month, and want to train on a week to week basis we offer three payment options. Each option offers the below - but varies in price depending on how many sessions per week you'd like to take.
- Tailored program design
- Nutrition support and guidance
- Program design (paper format)
- Food macros support & calculations upon request
- Additional trainer support (Mon-Fri / 9am -5pm)
Hybrid Personal Training
Hybrid Personal Training is a mix of smart programme design and gym based personal training.
Alongside those face to face sessions you will also receive a tailored programme which you will be able to utilise in solo training sessions.
Smart Programme Design
Smart programme design is a service for those with lifting experience, and a more seasoned gym go-er.Â
This service will take your goals into account and a tailored designed programme will be provided between every 4-6 weeks to keep you seeing progress in your sessions.
