Personal Training In PureGym

Some exciting news. I've teamed up with the guys over at PureGym, Castle Marina Nottingham, to add another string to my bow. Alongside my varied services (including Home Personal Training, Online Training & Sports Massage Therapy) I now also offer in gym Personal Training - based out of PureGym. 

This will give you full access to a wide selection of top of the range gym equipment for us to maximise each workout sessions. Your first months gym membership is included in the price of the Personal Training, and you can increase your chances of hitting your fitness goals by attending the gym outside your PT sessions too.

Trying to keep yourself motivated and go to the gym regularly is not easy. For most of us we slog our way through a long 8 hour day - then as we come to the end a mental battle takes place.

On the one side is your healthy, motivated & committed fitness enthusiast screaming ‘Bring. It. On!’

On the other... your inner temptation – ‘you could go to the gym, or you could head home and sit in front of your TV, eat some crisps!’.

I know which one wins most of the time!

Get a little support!

With a Personal Trainer in your corner the mental battle is more one sided, in favour of the motivated enthusiast!

You will have already arranged your appointment, you’ll have committed to turning up – that way your behaviour follows your intentions! Most of the time simply booking in with a PT can be enough to motivate you into showing up.

Then once you’re in the gym, no matter how slow you go, you are still lapping those that are at home on the couch!

No need to make it up as you go-along

If you don’t plan your workout, the chances are, you’re not going to have a good workout. A good PT will have your session planned out for you, and it won’t be any old 'templated' plan found off the internet, it will be an exercise regime that makes sense to your lifestyle, ability and time restraints.
