I’m a friendly but firm Personal Trainer based in Nottingham with over 12 years of experience and a specialism in home and online fitness training. I listen and collaborate with you, I don’t delegate and expect unrealistic results.

1. Your consultation
Before we start training, I need to get to know you. Your diet, your current routine and your fitness goals… not to mention your favourite TV show. We can do this in person, over the phone or using Skype – whatever you prefer. After our chat I’ll have everything I need to build the perfect program for you.
2. Tailored training plan
Your workouts will be specially created to get the results you want in a realistic amount of time. As we begin to work together and I can see how your body responds to the training, this plan will naturally develop. At every stage your path to success will be clear, straight and achievable.
3. Custom nutrition plan
To complement your training I’ll also design a nutritional plan for you. This will take into account any intolerances or dietary issues you may have. To get the body you want, your diet should run alongside your fitness training – so I’ll give you macros, recipes and my best tips.
4. Regular check-ins
Whether we’re meeting in person or online, we will be meeting. That’s how I make sure you’re sticking to your program and achieving key milestones on the way to your ideal body. I’m also on hand 24/7 for support whenever you need it, no matter the subject. We’re in this together.

Sports massage therapy is the most effective therapy for releasing tension in the muscles, and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Partaking in regular massages can help prevent injuries caused from over training. A relentless build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves. Kettlebells deliver big on calorie burn - up to 20 calories per minute in fact. Which makes for one heck of a workout! If you've got your own kettlebell then you don’t even need to go to the gym. You can use my six to eight week training plan to workout at home to your schedule. To find out more just get in touch.
Going to the gym isn’t the only way to reach your fitness goals. Home training allows you to relax in the comfort of your own home and fit workouts around your busy schedule. Many of my clients say this is the most enjoyable and convenient way for them to train. It can definitely lead to phenomenal results and a hugely rewarding experience – I’ve seen the proof!
Online training gives you the best of both worlds – the guidance of a personal trainer with the flexibility to focus on fitness in your own time. The process I’ll go through to create your tailored nutrition and training plans is exactly the same as it would be if we met in person. And I’ll give you exactly the same level of support, so you can push towards your fitness goals in confidence.
Couples training is the perfect way to get fit with a partner, family member or friend. Most people I train this way say the boost to motivation is unlike anything else. If you’re looking to work as a pair I can create joint fitness sessions that get the best out of both of you.
Group training generally involves between 3 – 6 people. If you’re not 100% sure about whether you need a personal trainer or not, I’ve found group sessions are an ideal way to test the waters. They offer a lot of initial support, motivation and education for those new to fitness training. You can then build up to 1-2-1 personal training sessions once you’re ready.
Training in old age
As we get older, everyday activities get harder. Eventually even housework or walking up the stairs can feel like a battle. But by keeping fit, we can stay independent for longer with more energy, enthusiasm and self-esteem. I can give you regular training to increase bone density, improve balance and coordination, and support a stronger immune system.
Training for children and teenagers
An active lifestyle is important even from a young age. By starting early, kids learn how to stay fit and healthy – and they’re set up for life with higher self-esteem, more discipline, and better stress management. Not to mention the physical benefits: improved circulation, posture, metabolism, and coordination skills. I’ll create a training routine to get your child or teenager excited about fitness for life.
Sport specific training
Sport specific training uses special exercises to help improve your athletic performance. I can specially tailor sessions to your unique skill set and the key areas of stamina, strength and flexibility. The aim is to give you that competitive edge by boosting your speed, power, agility and muscle recovery time.
Training before, during and after pregnancy
When you’re pregnant there’s a lot going on – so fitness is probably the last thing on your mind! But did you know that staying fit and active throughout pregnancy is really good for both you and your baby?
Gentle exercise can bring you more energy, less pain, a more balanced blood pressure and a faster recovery after giving birth. I can create a tailored fitness plan to support you through pregnancy and beyond. All in all it leads to better physical and mental health, which means a happier baby and a happier you.
