No time for a personal trainer? Looking for more direction in your workout? Then online personal training might be just what you need to add focus and drive to your fitness training.
You’re probably wondering how it works. In a nutshell, you’ll get everything you would from my 1-2-1 personal training… just without seeing me in the flesh.
We’ll work together to create a nutrition and training plan to push you to your fitness goals – and we’ll catch up regularly to keep you on track. Don’t expect to get off the hook just because we’re internet pals!
No matter where you are in the world, you’ll still get the benefit of my 10 years of experience, professional qualifications and lifelong passion for fitness. All you need is an internet connection and a smartphone.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
1. Your consultation
When you sign up for online training I’ll send you a short questionnaire to fill out. Once you’ve told me about your diet, your current routine and your fitness goals I’ll set up a Skype consultation. This is where we’ll get to know each other and chat about how your program will work. Are you overseas? Don’t worry, I’m happy to stay up late or get up early!
2. Tailored training plan
Your workouts will be specially created to get the results you want in a realistic amount of time. If you need help getting to grips with your training exercises, I’ll show you the proper form and technique. At every stage your path to success will be clear, straight and achievable.
3. Custom nutrition plan
To complement your training I’ll also design a nutritional plan for you. This will take into account any intolerances or dietary issues you may have. To get the body you want, your diet should run alongside your fitness training – so I’ll suggest some broad guidelines to make things easier.
4. Regular check-ins
We’ll be catching up every other week or monthly, depending on the package you choose. I’ll make sure you’re sticking to your program and achieving key milestones on the way to your ideal body. I’m also on hand 24/7 for support whenever you need it, no matter the subject. Or the time zone.
5. The First Rate Fitness app
You can keep track of your diet and training all in one place with my fitness app. I’ll set everything up my end – all you have to do is login. Use it to track your meals and workouts, upload body measurements and check your progress towards your goals. Plus the app lets you get in touch with me directly, as and when you need.
