I love the convenience of home training. I'll often be really tired and moody after work, in the past that meant going to bed instead of going to the gym. Steph is always positive and patient, I feel so much better after exercise, tired muscles but mentally re-energised. The affect on my mood is the biggest benefit for me. Training with Steph has been fantastic. During the initial 6 week period I learnt a lot about where my diet was going wrong and how to lift properly. My son has had 5 sessions with Steph and is loving it! He has co-ordination difficulties and Steph specifically does exercises with him that aim to improve both co-ordination and core strength. Steph is really friendly and very patient. He has a wonderful way with children and makes my son work hard, but always does so in a really encouraging way whilst being aware of his limits. In my son's words "I really like going to the Gym. Steph is really nice and he makes the exercises fun". He has been so inspired that he even practised his squats on holiday!

After the initial consultation Stephan always takes the time to develop and explain the nutrition/exercise plan he has designed, always ensuring it is inline with his client's goals. He consistently offers good advice on how to best perform exercises to reduce the risks of injury.
